2009 Prices.

Prices are per Gite :

SOURIS - sleeps 2-6
Low Season : October to May £500 per week
Mid Season : June & September £700 per week
High Season : July & August £950 per week

FAUVETTE - sleeps 2-8
Low Season : October to May £ 600 per week
Mid Season : June & September £ 800 per week
High Season : July & August £1050 per week

We have adopted the principle of not increasing prices for school half-terms or Easter and Christmas/New Year periods.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

To reserve the property, the client should complete and sign the Booking Form and return it with payment of the initial non-refundable deposit (25% of total rent due)within 10 business days.

Following receipt of the Booking Form and deposit, the owner will send a confirmation invoice and statement. This is formal acceptance of the booking.

The balance of the rent is payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by the due date, the owner reserves the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled.

Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of the booking.
