We do not aim to be the cheapest, but believe that the upgrades we have undertaken will provide that 'added value' to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Included in the price is all bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, welcome basket and utilities (water, electricty and refuse collection).
See our Availability Page for remaining weeks and treat yourself to a well-earned break. Full weeks are not strictly required outside the High Season and weekend breaks are available.

2010 PRICES (in euros) are per Gite :
SOURIS - sleeps 2-6
Low Season : October to May € 650 per week
Mid Season : June & September € 950 per week
High Season : July & August €1300 per week
FAUVETTE - sleeps 2-8
Low Season : October to May € 800 per week
Mid Season : June & September € 1050 per week
High Season : July & August €1400 per week
For autumn/winter/spring lets, there will be a €20 per week supplement for each gite to cover an plentiful supply of logs for the wood burning stoves.

We have adopted the principle of not increasing prices for school half-terms or Easter.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
To reserve the property, you should complete and sign the Booking Form (which can be downloaded below) and return it with payment of the initial non-refundable deposit (20% of total rent due). We will hold your reservation for 7 days pending receipt of this.
Following receipt of the Booking Form and deposit, we will send a confirmation invoice and statement. This is formal acceptance of the booking.
The balance of the rent is payable not less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled.
Reservations made within 6 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of the booking.
Guests are politely requested to arrive for their holiday no earlier than 5 p.m., and to leave by 10 a.m. on their day of departure.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A refundable deposit (returned within 7 days of departure date, subject to damages, leaving the property in an unacceptable condition) of €200 is required, payable at the time when the balance of the rent is due.
BOOKING FORM REQUEST
